This sticker is semi-gloss, and is a creation of Snape the spoopy bean based off of a photo. This is also an emote we have on twitch! The stickers are water proof, but please do not stick them in the dishwasher. 
Shipping? Shipping is done through the mail service using stamps, so shipping is free internationally. I'll let you know once its in the mail to you. This can take anywhere from 4 business days to 1 month depending on how post works in your country and customs. It will be in a standard envelope that can fit in a mailbox. If something has happened to your sticker just let me know :)
